Terry Neal

Everybody knows that Shane French was shafted by the KLAN for speaking out on the blog about what his son had told him about Terry Neal. Anyone with any sense also knows that what he said about Terry was true.

Terry Neal is cruel to kids, I have seen it with my own eyes and made reports over the years, but as with most things at Carenne it gets swept to the side when it is to deal with certain people. Even though Terry Neal and Terry Mahony had an icy relationship, Terry Mahony allowed Neal to go on with his rot because he didn't want anyone from the outside coming into the school.

What Shane's son said about Terry Neal threatening to sit on students is true. Neil Moon's claim that it was just a joke because of the blog is rot. He knows it was going on because he was the one who said that students like Anthony Southwell, Tim Seager and Luke Housler should be restrained by force if needed. Neil Moon has even been seen sitting on Anthony along with Michael Auld and Terry Neal.

It's not just physical abuse that students have to put up with from Terry Neal, he has also sexually interfered with some. He likes to chose non-vocal students and had a infatuation with Joshua Ross. Ann Baskerville would send Josh to see Terry Neal when he wouldn't behave and he would then rape him. This was complained about to Terry Mahony by a number of people and nothing was done. Baskerville was aware of what was happening because she claimed it stopped his bizarre sexual behaviours in class.

It was known that Terry was in a relationship with Melissa King around the same time that Anna Blackburn was with David Withyman. Of course he did what he could to hide Blackburn when he was doing the same thing.

Carenne is no longer the beautiful school it once was, it is a sick sick place where paedophiles roam free.

Jenny O'Neill the snitch

Jenny O'Neill has claimed that she wasn't the one who told Julie Brown about a student needing surgery because of Coleen Leis' negligence but this letter from a parent proves that she did. We knew this happened and because of her ongoing rot made her sign a new employment agreement in December where she had to promise not to speak to the media.

You can tell from the letter that Jenny O'Neill was actively promoting Julie Brown's work on Carenne.

I have been asked by Mr Terry Neal, relieving principal of Carenne School to put my complaint about Jenny O’Neill the bus driver on Carenne’s Lithgow bus in writing after her giving information about my son to a journalist.
I was first told about the Sydney Indymedia website in September by Jenny O’Neill one morning when she picked my son up. She told me the address of the site and that I should read it because there was important information about Carenne on there. She said that the school had a lot of problems and these were being exposed by the media. She told me I should contact Julie Brown and Edward James and tell them of my own experiences with Carenne and about Terry Mahony never acting on my complaints.
On 01/10/09 I told Jenny that BLANK would be spending most of the holidays in Sydney as he had to have surgery on his legs and that I found out through Louise Smith that BLANK hadn’t been placed in his Hart Walker at school when I had told Peter and Coleen that he had to be in it. To my horror on 04/10/09 I read Indymedia and the story about my son was on there. I was very upset but could not contact anyone until after the holidays. On 20/10/09 I spoke to Terry Neal who told me he would investigate and to write this letter.

Melinda Gavin careless with students

Tonight I am releasing part of the infamous Brian Carter's statement about how careless Melinda Gavin is with students in her care. All staff at Carenne know that Melinda puts RDA and other horse related activities before the school but very few know just how useless and careless she is.

While I have known for sometime, especially since being responsible for her for a number of years, most people at Carenne don't know how negligent she is with students. When she was teamed up with Janelle Kemp it was a truly frightening team with Janelle being responsible for the rape of a student a number of years ago. It seems that Brian Carter also noticed how careless Melinda is.

Brian Carter wrote
I have noticed Mrs Gavin to be careless with students in her care. I recall during June, 2008 a student almost drove her electric wheelchair out the side door of a bus. On another occasion she told a student to continue driving her electric wheelchair while the hoist was down (almost off the end of the bus).

Brian's observations go with many that others have seen, including her leaving the gate to the junior courtyard open where students run out into the stream of traffic unloading and loading students, not supervising students near hot water and almost allowing a student with a nut allergy to eat nuts.

Obviously though nothing has happened to her as she is still working at Carenne. Frightening rot that is!

The infamous Carenne hacker exposed - Part I

Several staff at Carenne still believe that a hacker from outside the school has been hacking into staff emails to get information about the school and what is going on but I can tell you this is absolute rot. The person perpetuating this pile of manure is none other than Michael Auld, the school's computer co-ordinator who has been publicly identified on both this blog and the Carenne Gate Affair as being corrupt.

The latest incident I am aware of occurred towards the end of 2010 when Bev Masters emailed Neil Moon to tell him that the department had transferred her to an admin position at Denison College after being on leave for all of 2010. Within hours the email was spread around the school and many presumed it to be Neil Moon forwarding it to people but it wasn't, it was Michael Auld accessing Neil's email and spreading it around himself!

Just like a number of other documents shared by Michael, the email was supplied to the klan who made defamatory remarks about Bev Masters leaving the school!

The beginning of the end for Nathan Carter

The final nail in the coffin for Nathan Carter came towards the end of 2008 when he intervened to stop Michael connecting RDA to the school's computer network. Michael wanted to connect to the school's network as it was cheaper for RDA to get fast internet through the school and so that RDA could use the school's equipment when it needed. As with all Michael's plans for RDA this would be done at the school's expense.

Another extract from the statement to EPAC by the infamous Brian Carter:
On 4 October, 2008 Nathan and I were speaking to Jeff Peak and Michael Smith who were installing cabling for the moved demountables at the school. They told us that they had been approached by Mr Auld to run optical fibre from Class B to the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) site behind the school on 14 October, 2008 as they would be digging a trench already, making it cheaper for RDA to run their cabling. Nathan told Mr Peak that it was his view that he would not be able to run network cabling to the RDA site without approval of DET Networks. During the conversation, Mr Auld walked in and Nathan told him asked him why he had planned on running the network to the RDA site without DET approval. Mr Auld said that “Mr Mahony has already approved it”. Nathan told Mr Auld that the network could not be ran to the RDA site without DET approval. Mr Auld then claimed he had received approval from someone in Dubbo. Mr Smith then asked if he would still be allowed to run electricity from the school’s power box to the RDA site, Nathan told him that it was “outside his area of responsibility”. After the discussion, Nathan called Mr Mahony. Following this incident, I began to notice harassment towards Nathan by Mr Auld, Mrs Tattersall and Mrs Rowe.
Of course after Nathan intervened he was relentlessly bullied and harassed by Michael, Marg and Kym because he dared to act in the school's best interests and because he followed department policy.

Michael Auld and the smartboards

The Carenne Gate blog has written about how Carenne threw away a number of smartboards just recently but it doesn't know that smartboards have always been a cause of controversy at Carenne. Michael Auld was investigated by Gary Bevan after a complaint was made about him leaking information when the whiteboard tender came up. Auld denied it of course, but it did happen. It was mentioned in meeting minutes at the school which have since been destroyed.

This is why Michael hates the Carters so much, they put him in for being corrupt.

I had a major concern about Mr Auld after the release of a discussion paper about Interactive Whiteboards by DET sometime around August, 2006. He told Nathan and I that he had an agreement with Trent Sydney at Electroboard to provide him with a copy of the document in exchange for two free Interactive Whiteboards.

I recall there being a disagreement between Nathan and Mr Auld about the agreement, with Nathan telling Mr Auld it was “unethical because it would give Electroboard a competitive advantage when tenders are called”.

Nathan also told Mr Mahony how he felt about the agreement.

Mr Sydney never kept his side of the agreement and as such Mr Auld and Mr Mahony had an argument as they had planned on receiving a free whiteboard and never did. Mr Mahony told Mr Auld he had cost the school around $4000.

What Terry Mahony thinks of Bev Masters, Marg Rowe and Wendy Keith

I promised my readers that I would begin exposing parts of Brian Carter's huge statement to this blog for all to read! Here is the first installment, what Terry Mahony thought of some of his female staff!

In December, 2006, issues between Nathan and Mrs Rowe came to a head. Mrs Rowe claimed that Nathan had not repaired computers in her classroom, despite him doing so. Mr Mahony inspected Nathan's work and then said the following to Nathan and I: "It seems as though you have been caught up in a bit of bitching. Don't take it personal(ly) and just let it go. To be honest, Marg (Rowe) is a bitch, Bev (Masters) is a bitch and Wendy (Keith) was a bitch".

Well there you have it, the lovely words of the man of steel, Mr Terry Mahony!
